We ship and deliver within the UAE as of now with plans for the GCC and India very soon. Orders will be processed within 1-10 business days of receiving the authorized payment, subject to special requirements or specifications, credit card clearance, stock, your location, address verification, shipping time and customs delay. For any unreasonable delay, we will contact you via email.
All orders will be shipped through ccs-uae.com for UAE or other International providers like FedEx as applicable.
When your order is shipped, an email is sent to you informing you of the tracking number.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery, for any reason you refuse delivery, or unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your order will be returned to VALUE4PRICE and you will be charged for the additional duties, taxes and shipping costs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We value and prioritize our customer’s satisfaction.
If for any quality reasons you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return any Product(s) you may do so within 11 days from the date of receipt in its original packaging, including boxes and designer hanging tags still being attached to the Product(s). All Product(s) returned to VALUE4PRICE must be unworn and in new and unused condition. The Product(s) with any indication that they were used, damaged, soiled, altered will not be accepted. In such cases, the Product(s) will be returned to you, the customer and additional shipping costs will be charged.
To request a return, please follow the instructions below:
1. If you had registered with us, please sign into your account; go to ‘My Orders’ and select the order you would like to return by clicking on ‘View Order’.
2. Once you have selected the order you wish to return, please select ‘Return’ button for the Product(s) you wish to return. Please, select the reason for returning before clicking ‘Submit’.
4. Once your return request is received we will contact you via email.

Any return postage costs will be at the customer’s expense. Please note that if your returned Product(s) are lost before they reach VALUE4PRICE office, we will not be liable nor we will offer a refund. To avoid this inconvenience, use a trusted courier company when returning VALUE4PRICE Product(s).
Full amount, excluding sales taxes and duties charges, will be refunded to your original payment method within 10-30 days, depending on your bank’s policies.
Any Product(s) returned after 11 days will not be accepted. We do not offer refunds. We do not offer exchanges.
